Enjoy long holds, yummy stretches and calming breathing exercises to regulate your nervous system. Powerful sound vibrations will accompany a guided meditative journey and encourage you to let your mind relax and activate your creativity.

A beautiful practice to slow down and unwind. You’ll start with slow and gentle movement that will release tension and prepare the body to surrender into deep meditation. Relaxation techniques paired with healing sound vibrations and a guided visualization journey will help you connect deeply with yourself and your subconscious mind.

A “conscious” sleep state, this is a deeply restorative and healing practice. A guided meditation will take you through body relaxation, soothing breath exercises, and dream-like visualization to bridge the subconscious and unconscious minds. This practice will help you increase dopamine, reduce stress and anxiety, increase sleep quality, process trauma, and find healing.
